How Our 2027 Lodging Reservations Process Works
We have divided 2027 into four lodging reservations periods, each with a registration window and a random drawing to determine the order of lodging reservations requests.
WHEN DO THE 2027 LODGING RESERVATION WINDOWS OPEN?
Registration is now open online. Please only select the time periods you are hoping to visit while registering below.
January - March, 2027
Registration closed September 14, 2025. The drawing has concluded and our reservations team
is currently booking reservations for general room & golf inquiries before November 1, 2027.

April - May, 2027
Registration closed October 20, 2025. The drawing has concluded and our reservations team
is currently booking reservations for general room & golf inquiries before November 1, 2027.

WHEN WILL WE FIND OUT OUR RESULTS?
The random drawings for each time period will occur within a couple weeks of their corresponding registration windows closing. We will notify you via email of the drawing date and pending results.
YOU'VE BEEN SELECTED! WHAT'S NEXT?
If your entry is drawn, you will receive another email assigning a number that indicates your place in line. Our reservations team will call you directly when it is your turn to book lodging and golf. Should you miss our call, we will leave a message and you can follow up at your convenience.
I WASN'T SELECTED. ARE THERE OTHER OPTIONS FOR ME TO VISIT BANDON?
Yes! Cancellations happen periodically and we encourage you to review our lodging availability calendar on the website trip planner. Day guests may also book golf-only tee times for April thru November, over 21 days in advance at a premium rate (tee times must be after 10:00 a.m. and cannot exceed one year in advance).
This is not a sweepstakes. Our new process is a pre-reservation drawing for anyone hoping to book a trip to Bandon Dunes over the dates mentioned. There is no purchase necessary to submit your application online. Should you be notified that your name has been selected to book, you will be required to pay your full deposit upon booking. Only one reservation can be made by each applicant. By clicking submit you agree to receive occasional emails from Bandon Dunes.
